Qualified employees are a prerequisite for the production of high-quality products like components of diagnostic assays. More than two-thirds of the DIARECT employees hold an academic degree in the fields of DNA technology, molecular biology, cell biology, protein chemistry or biotechnical engineering, and ongoing training programs maintain this high standard. Our employees embrace the quality management system and are active participants in our ongoing continuous improvement programs.
One of the most effective tools for our improvement programs are quality audits, which lead to better products, processes, and systems, and, as a result, enhanced customer satisfaction.
Therefore, three types of audits are periodically conducted at DIARECT to verify the continuous improvement process of our QM system and compliance with international standards:
- Internal audits of selected processes or areas
- External audits conducted by customers
- ISO compliance audits every 12 months
DIARECT assures lot-to-lot consistency for all products. This consistency is maintained not only by adherence to standard operating procedures, but also by the high-quality laboratories in our facility.
