Shipping Information

Carrier
All shipments are sent with our standard carrier. If you prefer shipment on your carrier's account, please let us know.

Standard transportation
We will be happy to ship on the same day if your signed order confirmation is returned no later than 1:00 PM:
Monday - Thursday (domestic orders)
Monday - Wednesday (international orders)

Dry ice transportation
In order to guarantee delivery before the weekend, we ship:
Monday - Wednesday (domestic orders)
Monday - Tuesday (international orders)

VAT number European customers
Please include your European VAT number when placing your order.

Payment
Terms of payment: 30 days net (unless otherwise agreed). We can no longer accept any payment by check or credit cards.
