Shipping Information

Our service for you:
If your order is placed before 2:00 p.m. we will ship on the same day (Monday - Thursday).

Dry ice transportation to foreign countries:
We only ship on Monday and Tuesday, in order to guarantee delivery before the weekend (follow this link to a page with temperature profile data for our dry ice packages).

Carrier:
All shipments are sent with our standard carrier. If you prefer your own carrier please let us know.

VAT number European customers:
Please include your European VAT number when placing your order.

Payment by check or credit card:
Unfortunately due to several cases of financial fraud in Germany, we can no longer accept any payment by check or credit cards.
