Exactly seven years ago DIARECT was founded and during this time we have grown to be a world-wide supplier of recombinant auto-antigens. The high quality of our biotech products have been a guarantee for the development of superb diagnostic products. Most intriguing features of our recombinants are the sophisticated expression and purification systems, the large lot sizes we can achieve, combined with extremely high lot-to-lot consistency. Here is just one example considering tissue-type transglutaminase (produced via recombinant baculovirus).

The high quality of our antigens also fulfils every requirement for emerging multianalyte technologies. The antigens are suitable for chemical coupling using virtually any chemistry and can be spotted to many surfaces. DIARECT's antigens have been used for development and production of array or bead-type multiplex assays ever since their use in these early publications about autoantigen arrays for autoantibody analysis:
