SeramunGelb® fast (S-005-pNPP)
is the substrate of choice for assays that require high sensitivity and reaction times between 20 and 30 min. Absorbance values nearly approach those of freshly dissolved pNPP tablets and are higher than those of ready-to-use substrates from most suppliers. Shelf life is 12 months with a drift of blank at 405 nm of less than 0.01 AU per month.
