SeramunGelb® slow (S-006-pNPP)
is the substrate of choice for assays that require a broad measuring range, extremely low background signals and a shelf life of more than 12 months. Absorbances are comparable to those of other ready-to-use pNPP substrates, but SeramunGelb® slow is much more stabile, with a blank drift at 405 nm of less than 0.04 AU per year.
