StabilZyme® NOBLE BSA-Free Stabilizer is recommended for biologically active components in solution, including enzyme conjugates. It stabilizes biomolecule activity without incorporating bovine serum albumin. This virtually eliminates the possibility of test interference that can result from the use of this protein.

To demonstrate the stabilizing efficacy of StabilZyme® NOBLE BSA-Free Stabilizer, four different species of HRP conjugates were stored in StabilZyme® NOBLE BSA-Free Stabilizer in their respective use concentrations. The HRP conjugates included rabbit (IgG) anti-mouse IgG-HRP, mouse (IgG) anti-rabbit IgG-HRP, goat (IgG) anti-rabbit IgG-HRP and chicken (IgY) anti-mouse IgG-HRP. The enzyme activity was tested by ELISA, and the percent retained activity was determined by comparing the activity of the StabilZyme® NOBLE BSA-Free Stabilizer stored at 4ºC to that of the StabilZyme® NOBLE BSA-Free Stabilizer stored at 37ºC.
