It maintains the activity of conjugates at ready-to-use concentrations for faster, easier, and more consistent tests.
- Used for liquid stabilization only.
- An aqueous solution containing purified bovine protein and other non-toxic stabilizing chemicals in MES buffer (4-morpholine-ethanesulfonic acid), pH 5.5-6.5.
- Preserved with 0.02% methylisothiazolone and 0.02% bromonitrodioxane.
- Made specifically for alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugates in solution.
- Prevents the loss of catalytic activity at ready-to-use concentrations.
- Enhances the stability of other proteins in solution (e.g. antibodies and protein antigens).
- An excellent diluent that can be used to achieve optimal signal and low background.
