StabilZyme® HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is designed to stabilize horseradish peroxidase conjugates in solution. It maintains the activity of conjugates at ready-to-use concentrations for faster, easier, and more consistent tests.

  • An aqueous solution containing purified bovine protein and other non-toxic stabilizing chemicals in MOPS buffer (3-(N-Morpholino) propanesulfonic acid), pH 6.2-6.7.
  • Preserved with 0.02% methylisothiazolone, 0.02% bromonitrodioxane, and 20 ppm Proclin 300 (Rohm and Haas, Philadelphia, PA).
  • Used for liquid stabilization only.
  • Recommended for maintaining the activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates in solution at ready-to-use concentrations.
  • Prevents loss of catalytic activity of the HRP and maintains the conformation of the antibody or antigen portion.
  • Eliminates dangerous freeze-thaw cycle since conjugates may be stored at room temperature.
